No. Our sample libraries are available exclusively in the free Kontakt Player format. The level of realism contained in our libraries is only possible using our custom-built playback engine. Trigger simply is not capable of providing the same level of playback realism. If you wish to use Trigger with our drum libraries for drum replacement, use Trigger's MIDI generation feature and then route the resulting MIDI data into the Kontakt Player.
